With bash 5.1, python-argcomplete's tests now fail if TERM is set.
Unexporting TERM allows the tests to succeed with old and new versions
of bash (tested with 4.4.18, 5.0 and 5.1).

Hi, python-argcomplete does not build in Ubuntu because apparently TERM is
