Dear Maintainer,

The package python3-mako is Architecture: all and cannot conflict
across different architectures e.g. i386 and amd64).

Please mark the package Multi-Arch: foreign to allow other software
to pull this package in, instead of looking for arch-specific
packages that do not exist.
