I really appreciate the "headers" option; it helps clarify the binary
packages associated with the source-package changelog. However, having
the header pressed right up against the top of the first changelog entry
feels cramped. Could you please consider adding a bit more whitespace?
For instance, a blank line after the header, and a second blank line
before the header to keep the header visually grouped with the
associated changelog entries?
