I'm installing a minimal system with no preselected packages. Installation is OK through X11 and menu and sudo, etc. Installation of JWM is OK as well. Then I use aptitude to install pcmanfm. The package is huge: 423 pkgs, 712 MB. Goes slowly. Then running startx goes very slowly and hangs eventually on a screen showing some kind of a bird (origami, not LXDE). System frozen. On reboot, I do purge pcmanfm, and only 2 packages are removed. startx again hangs eventually with the same bird. This happened twice. So, I gave up and installed LXDE-core. PCManFM works OK there, but I miss JWM. The problem has something to with installing pcmanfm with LXDE. -- no debconf information
