Sounds nice to have indeed! Ideally, this package would use the udev rules from this project: https://github.com/M0Rf30/android-udev-rules/blob/master/51-android.rules
I've tried in the past to use that, but it seems that its syntax doesn't work with Debian, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. .hc
