Good idea. I actually rejected liborcus (0.13.1-2) from NEW yesterday
with this inconsistency, resulting in:
1 liborcus (0.13.1-3)

It would be great if lintian could detect inconsistencies between
Files-Excluded in debian/copyright and the files in the upstream
tarball. The files in the tarball should never match the patterns
listed in the Files-Excluded field because uscan should have
2 matches
