Package: elpa-ido-ubiquitous Version: 4.5-1 Severity: normal This package is now obsolete (see upstream README), so I don't think the tight dependency on the latest version of ido-completing-read+ isn't needed. You could just use "Depends: ido-completing-read+ (>= 4)" to ensure that it is available for the user to transition.
