It may be different in practice, but for all regular purpose it's the
same, IME it simply delay

I think it would be great if dput-ng could remind me that I am about
to do an NMU without an explicit delay (ideally overridable in the
off-hand case that I actually need to do a zero-delay NMU - which I
think is different from --delayed 0).
