The same problem appears to be present for m68k and sh4.

I did a nmu for +b2.

This isn't a bug, but just a result of the cross-compilation of GHC for which
haddock is disabled. I simply forgot the native build after the initial
bootstrap.

Native building on sh4 is not possible at the moment though, I will take care
of m68k later. You can close the bug report as invalid.
