Package: python3-astroid Version: 1.6.0-1 Control: affects -1 + pylint3 When checking a file with an uninstantiated class with pylint3, one gets the message "Unused variable '__class__'" very often. This is reported upstream as https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/issues/1784. The proposed fix is updating astroid to >= 1.6.3. Thus I ask for updating astroid in Debian to get rid of the annoying warning.
