Package: procps Version: 2:3.3.9-9+deb8u1 Earlier today this security update to procps (and libprocps3) affected traffic handling on several of our 'jessie' firewalls. This was then resolved when we issued a 'shorewall restart'.
On an affected firewall, tcpdump shows incoming packets hitting the external interface then not being handed over to the relevant internal interface so consequentially not reaching the destination address inside the LAN.
