Package: libcurl4
Version: 7.60.0-2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Starting a program built/linked against a previous version of libcurl4
(git-remote-http in a local build of git, for instance), fails with:

./git-remote-http: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version
`CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ./git-remote-http)

And sure enough, relinking makes the binaries use the CURL_OPENSSL_4
version.

Mike
