But there is no mention of MPL-1.1 in the source files. There is however a script to remove the MPL-1.1 dual-license (as allowed): java/pdftk/com/itext_replace_mpl_text_with_lgpl.sh The reason for this seems to be a misunderstanding (that GPL/MPL might be incompatible is irrelevant if the file is dual-licensed), but it happened.
