According to the control file, the homepage url is http://mirrorer.alioth.debian.org/ However, this page doesn't exist anymore, and I don't know where/if it has moved.BTW, this broken link can be found here: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianRepository/SetupWithReprepro (and in many other places all arround the internet)
