It had a trivial RC bug for 9 months ( https://bugs.debian.org/885672 ) and hasn't had a maintainer upload in 5 or 10 years depending on how you count. The package description is: CellWriter is a grid-entry natural handwriting input panel. As you write characters into the cells, your writing is instantly recognized at the character level.
