Hi,
Same problem here. It happens to me when I try to copy a big file with
rsync or scp.
After a few seconds, boom, broken pipe.
Normal ssh use, interactive, just works as expected.
I tried all these things and none solved the problem:
IPQoS=throughput
ServerAliveInterval 30
ServerAliveCountMax

After upgrading from Debian 9 to 10, I cannot ssh anywhere anymore.
