Hi,

The jailtool package appears to be ripe for removal since:

 * It appears to have been orphaned.
 * The tool appears to be Debian-specific (or have strong Debian ties)
 * The tool relies on the current dpkg database layout (which might
   change in the future, see #913693)
 * The tool appears to only work with sysvinit based services.
