Kicad is not installing default plugins that are included in original source package, e.g. eeschema/plugins/xsl_scripts/bom2csv.xsl -> /usr/lib/kicad/plugins/bom2csv.xsl. This is not the case with stable version 4.x. This way users do not have default BOM plugin, which is referred in many examples and tutorials. Additionally, some of the automated tools would also fail.
