Control: reassign -1 libmariadbclient18 10.1.37-0+deb9u1
This reportedly regressed with DSA-4341-1, reassigning to the correct
package.

it seems that you where right regarding libmariadbclient18 ...
downgrading libmariadbclient18 fixed the issue :-)
