Package: runit Version: 2.1.2-20 Severity: wishlist While runscripts are conffiles, and are such are expected to be modified, it may worth to provide infrastructure for reading configuration information from files, other than `run' script itself.
I see it following way: /etc/sv/foo/run: #!/lib/runit/runscript /sbin/daemon --foreground $OPTS where `lib/runit/runscripts' somehow makes sure, that $OPTS is sourced from: * /etc/default/foo * /etc/sv/foo/conf/
