I have the same problem with the same version of fetchmail package.
I didn't find the fetchmail-dbgsym package, but here is what the
suggested command displays:
$ env LC_ALL=C fetchmail -v -v -v --nodetach --nosyslog -
Control: tags -1 +unreproducible moreinfo
