unfortunately the bug showed again when the latest libjs-sphinxdoc
1.8.4-1 entered buster.
(debian-policy now Recommends: libjs-sphinxdoc (< 1.8.3.0~))
Not sure we want to undergo all this at every sphinx version bump :-)

debian-policy recommends libjs-sphinxdoc (<< 1.7.9.0~) while version
1.8.3-2 has just entered buster. Upgrading libjs-sphinxdoc would
therefore break the Recommends.
