Package: python-tftpy
Version: 0.6.0-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Upstream have fixed a relatively serious bug in relation to what happens
when a timeout occurs.

A TypeError is raised incorrectly, when a tftpy.TftpShared.TftpTimeout
should be raised.

Please see https://github.com/msoulier/tftpy/issues/37 for full details.

I believe this bug was fixed in 0.6.1 (upstream) which has been out
since 2013.

Our specific use case is in monitoring our TFTP servers and our monitoring
script uses tftpy to monitor that the TFTP server is still serving, this
bug leads to incorrect states on our monitoring due to the wrong exception
being raised.

Please could you consider packaging 0.6.1 or 0.6.2 which fixes this bug.
