My system got upgraded to 3.34 and I am experiencing this same issue. Not sure
why you didn't get any reply from developers as this issue is very annoying,
not to mention almost impossible to debug since as you noticed some of these
shortcuts don't appear in configuration windows.

On further investigation, what actually happened is there are apparently
new shortcuts that have been added for "Switch to Application", which use
the same `` key bindings as I had been using, which were then
hopping me around between workspaces in a confusing order because they were
jumping
