About 8 to 10 of our servers suffered from these issues in the last days. All
servers are virtualized on
a vSphere cluster. It happens with amd64 and i386 machines. Our sole
non-virtualized server with Debian
8 and linux-image-3.16.0-8-amd64 (Nagios under heavy load) runs stable until
now.

An easy way to reproduce is to execute a binary on a NFS partition.
With wget (size < 500k) it's OK. With w3m (size 1.4M) always a crash.
It seems to be a memory management problem.

Same problem here. It looks like a combination of Debian 8 with Kernel
3.16.0-8. We have around 25 servers having had this combo and at least 9
servers failing randomly today with:
- kernel panic
- XFS filesystem corruption (Metadata corruption detected / Corrruption
of in-memory data
