We have upgraded to 2.001 in Ubuntu, also in the released Ubuntu 19.04
and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I simply put together a new 'upstream' tarball
named "fonts-noto-cjk_20190409+repack1.orig.tar.xz".

Noto Sans CJK version 2.001 was released yesterday.
It contains a number of fixes, and the release is timed to the Unicode 12.1
addition of U+32FF (㋿), the ligature of the new Japanese era (令和).
