pgcharts fails to initialize. I've installed pgcharts package via apt and I've followed the setup instructions ```sh ls -la /etc/pgcharts.ini -rw-r--r-- 1 root pgcharts 156 ian 13 12:24 /etc/pgcharts.ini createdb pgcharts pgcharts setup pgsql://localhost/pgcharts ERROR: Error opening #P"/etc/pgcharts.ini": Permission denied ``` I've also dropped the database and retried all steps with `sudo -u postgres` .
