Package: kcov

Hello,

The kcov package appears to not be maintained anymore (several RC bugs, very old
upstream version, ...) so I intend to take over its maintainance as per the
package salvaging procedure outlined in the Developer's Reference [0].

Please let me know if you object so I can stop the process.
