It appears that upstream supports python3 [1]. Please either upgrade the package or have it removed. This is, indirectly, one of the few remaining packages blocking python-qt4 removal. We are also removing Qt4. This is expected to be complete early in the buster release cycle, so please upgrade soon if you intend to.
