cherry-picked from upstream with this author:

Steps to reproduce:
* gbp clone https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/glib.git
* git checkout debian/master
* git reset --hard debian/2.60.6-2
* gbp pq drop
* gbp pq import
Expected result:
* Patch queue is imported
* Those two commits are attributed to "Tomasz Miąsko <>"
Actual result:
* Patch queue is imported
* Those two commits are attributed to the Maintainer, with a warning:
