Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Trying to understand why Bitlbee no longer handles my Skypeweb account

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Just updating the package

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Nothing

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Before installing, a warning should be displayed, just like when you update a
package
and a part of the changelog is displayed, saying "This release includes only the
built-in protocols. For additional ones, prefer bitlbee-libpurple".
You can copy/and/paste the wiki page about bitlbee-purple (the introduction is
clear)
