To summarize the (obvious) way to compile the lv2-plugins (for
convenience):

The missing dependency is lsp-plugins-lv2 . Steve Passert has just
packaged pulseeffects and lsp-plugins-lv2 for MX-19 Testing repo. I have
PulseEffects working completely in Unstable by just installing the Sid
pulseeffects package and adding the MX-19 lsp-plugins-lv2 package. The

Looks like at least for some of those plugins to be enabled, we need to
package some other software like
https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/lsp-plugins . Any help would be
welcome.
