Dear Maintainer,

  The /etc/init.d/postfwd init script 'start' action incorrectly uses:

        start-stop-daemon ... --name ${RUNAS} ...

It should use ${NAME} (the daemon name, postfwd), not ${RUNAS} (the user
name, postfw).
