A workaround/fix is to patch /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hook-functions this
way (see patch attached)
That way, the firmware will be copied from
/lib/firmware/5.3.0-0.bpo.2-amd64/amdgpu/
to this dir in the initramfs
usr/lib/firmware/amdgpu/
instead of

Problem is still present in "5.3.0-0.bpo.2-amd64"
It also looks similar to #933733 which I updated. Could these
issues be duplicates ?
