Dear FTP masters, neutron-lbaas is deprecated upstream, and replaced by Octavia, which we have in Buster already (and which I've been using in production). Therefore, we should remove neutron-lbaas from Sid/Testing, as it's supposed to be completely gone from this last release of OpenStack I've uploaded this week and last week.
