Hi Alec,I recently dropped all ROS Python 2 and along the lines python-catkin-pkg as well. I found your package only afterwards and I'm sorry for braking it. The good news is that the package builds fine without python-catkin-pkg, so it could just be dropped. I've uploaded a NMU with just this changed to delayed/5, please ping me if I should delay it further or drop it.
