Hello, I have the same issue and I found that it is possible to manually connect to a WiFi network and that would indicate that it's indeed a network-manager bug.
1. `sudo systemctl stop wpa_supplicant network-manager` 2. Follow this guide: https://www.blackmoreops.com/2014/09/18/connect-to-wifi-network-from-command-line-in-linux/ I recommend saving the config file in a location like `/dev/shm` or `/tmp` not to infer with the default config. Michel Le Bihan
