Hi Matthias,
I thought you were going to make gcc-9 (and gnat-9, for Ada) the
default in the medium term and migrate to gcc-10 only later.
Maybe I misunderstood? Can you please clarify?

this is a won't fix. It will be addressed when GCC 10 becomes the default
compiler (and libgphobos changes the soname). There is now a binNMU for
projectl.
