Dear Maintainer,

menu suggests kde-runtime which has been removed from bullseye
(#935664). The kdesu executable is now provided by kde-cli-tools
but not in the $PATH (#853899).

The Suggests relationship caused my system to cling on to kde-runtime
and thus qt4 libraries until I removed the package manually.
