spamassassin cannot satisfy its cross Build-Depends. There are multiple
reasons for that and before looking into them in detail it makes sense
to consider the <!nocheck> build profile. It is usually active during
cross builds, so any package thus annotated becomes irrelevant. I used
reproducible builds to figure out which dependencies are droppable.
Please consider applying the attached patch.
