Dear Maintainer,

I am using mbsync to synchronize my hotmail account emails. Since recently
mbsync command outputs an error:
$ mbsync backup-hotmail
C: 1/1  B: 5/5  M: +0/0 *0/0 #0/0  S: +0/0 *0/0 #0/0
Socket error: secure read from imap-mail.outlook.com (52.97.170.34:993):
error:14095126:SSL routines:ssl3_read_n:unexpected eof while reading

Googling about this issue I found two related links:
* same issue on archlinux: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=253854
* openssl pull request about this bug:
https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/11400

As far as I understand the bug appeared in openssl version 1.1.1e and was
corrected in version 1.1.1f. It looks like this bug should be move to openssl
instead. Feel free to move it.

Best regards,
Clement
