Package: mummer Version: 3.23+dfsg-4 Severity: normal mummerplot generates a gnuplot file that contains a line such as:
set mouse clipboardformat "[%.0f, %.0f]" Unfortunately, it triggers `wrong option` errors with gnuplot 5. See also https://sourceforge.net/p/mummer/mailman/message/34939032/ Judging from the version of mummerplot in MUMmer 4, it looks like removing the generation of the `set mouse clipboardfomrat` line would be an acceptable solution, but I am not familiar enough with mummerplot to decide by myself at the moment. https://github.com/mummer4/mummer/blob/277dac5222ca19a59b09657b523bf9d2f088d6a3/scripts/mummerplot.pl#L1155 Have a nice day, and thanks Andreas for being so quick to apply the other patch I sent today ! -- Charles -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (900, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-8-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=fr_FR.utf8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fr_FR.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages mummer depends on: ii gawk 1:4.2.1+dfsg-1 ii libc6 2.28-10 ii libgcc1 1:8.3.0-6 ii libstdc++6 8.3.0-6 ii perl 5.28.1-6 mummer recommends no packages. mummer suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
