According to https://packages.debian.org/sid/gfal2 the available versions of the gfal2 binary package in unstable are: Architecture Version all 2.17.3-1 arm64 (unofficial port) 2.6.8-1 The gfal2 binary package was changed from arch dependent (any) to architecture independent (all) in version 2.10.2-1 (2015-12-02). For some reason an old architecture dependent version of the binary package seems to have been left behind in unstable for the arm64 architecture. According to https://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals Binary packages no longer built from any source package ("NBS", i.e. "not built from source") should be handles automatically and a removal request should not be needed, but there seems to be some glitch here?
