Please remove haskell-hstatsd from Debian.
It is unmaintained and doesn't work with the latest set of Haskell
libraries.

This package seems to be unmaintained (last upstream upload in 2013).
Does not build with GHC 8.8, is not part of Stackage and has no rev
dependencies.
I intend to remove this package.
