Control: reassign 962990 ngetty
The current version of blhc (0.12) allow debian/rules write lines in build
logto ignore false positives. So, the #962990 is being reassigned from blhc
to ngetty.

Hi Simon,
There are some false positives from blhc reported in bugs.debian.org.
blhc is also used by https://salsa.debian.org for CI tests.
Debian make available a tool called lintian for local checks of the
packaging. This tool can read debian/lintian-overrides file to ignore
false positives.
