May I propose the following workarround: edit
/usr/share/applications/org.kde.kdenlive.desktop
and change the "Exec" command by :
Exec=env MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=i965 kdenlive %F
(this is definitely a Mesa issue ;-) )
