Using --forked revealed that the above is one of 21 test crashes on
armel, and that there are also 2 wrong answers.
The ones I have tried (the wrong answers and most of the crashes) are
not reproducible on qemu-armel.
The TestZeroInflatedModel_probit issue appears to be a failure to
converge: as it does trigger warnings of that, and it's already skipped
on i386, I intend to ignore it.

This doesn't crash when just that test file is run in statsmodels
0.11.1-3 qemu-armel, but this isn't 100% proof that -4 (rather than a
dependency) caused it.
