Bug#968210: statsmodels: arm* test failures/crashes

Using --forked revealed that the above is one of 21 test crashes on armel, and that there are also 2 wrong answers. The ones I have tried (the wrong answers and most of the crashes) are not reproducible on qemu-armel.

This doesn't crash when just that test file is run in statsmodels 0.11.1-3 qemu-armel, but this isn't 100% proof that -4 (rather than a dependency) caused it. -4 (built locally in qemu) doesn't crash that way either, which suggests this bug doesn't show up in qemu, and (given the lack of relev
