Hi,
as another workaround, you may also just apt-remove the alsa-ucm-conf along
with alsa-topology-conf. This will make Pulse Audio find the hw:1.0 correctly
(which in fact is all the issue here).
That would be slightly less drastic than the blacklist, moreover you keep the
mic.
