Control: close -1 5.10.9-1
When "reset-raspberrypi.ko" and "raspberrypi-cpufreq.ko"
are loaded by initramfs, linux-image-arm64/sid can be booted from
my buggy USB MSD 056e:6a13.
It seems mysterious, but anyway I'd like to close #979187.
