Sean, there is no license change to pikepdf. ocrmypdf did have the license
change. If this is the holdup, ocrmypdf 10.x should work pikepdf 2.x with a
trivial patch - the main change in
tags 980426 +patch

Here's a patch that applies cleanly against upstream v1.17.3 after which the
resulting pikepdf builds and passes its test with qpdf 10.1. Please let me know
